Benefits of auto-ship
The benefits of standing orders are many. You can save time by not having to place orders weekly – set it and forget it! You also lock in pricing and availability for the entire year, and you have the option to double your order for the same price for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. To give you even more flexibility, you can suspend the order for any two weeks in the 12-month period to accommodate vacation time or if you just have an excess of flowers on hand.
How does it work?
It's easy. Simply open an account with FlowerFarm and save the delivery address and credit card in your account. Quote out your fresh blooms and “auto-ship”. Your orders will appear in the “My Orders” section of your account, just like any other order. Auto-ship orders are typically shown four weeks into the future. The credit card will be authorized four business days prior to shipping and will be charged on the day of shipping.

What are my options for delivery?
You can have your auto-ship product delivered weekly or every other week. You can also pick the day of the week to receive the delivery.
Can I change or cancel my auto-ship order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order with no penalty. Two weeks' notice is required for cancellation or change requests. Please keep in mind that flower farms have freeze periods when we cannot make changes to Valentine's Day and Mother's Day standing orders, so make sure to let us know any changes as soon as possible. However, no matter the time of year, you may cancel the order with two weeks of notice.
Do I need to commit to a term?
Our average ask is 12 months, although there is no formal commitment term. We offer auto-ship as a service to you and understand that over time your needs may change.
